They were captains of our “Teams of Good”, in which dozens took part. There are no restrictions or special requirements for participants – everyone was welcome. Professional bowling players, including children participating in official tournaments of the Bulgarian Bowling Federation, were mentors during the games.

THE CAUSE

The funds raised from the charity event will be donated to the Children with Developmental Disabilities Foundation. The NGO was founded by parents of children with disabilities in 2006. Its main goal is to enable children with special needs to receive the best therapeutic care and adequate social support to reach their full potential. In 2009 The foundation established the medical center “Children with developmental problems” for active rehabilitation, therapeutic activities and care for children with developmental problems. The foundation will select children-patients of the center, who will be supported by the funds raised from the “Give a Hand” tournament. The families will be selected according to pre-announced criteria, which are already published on the organization’s website. https://dpkids.org/
